Each pad is filled with a variety of bead in different shapes, sizes and textures.
Picky pads satisfy the need/urge to pick at skin on face, fingernails, fingers, hands, etc. in relation to Dermatillomania (an ocd like condition where a person compulsively picks/scratches/rubs their skin). Picky pads are helpful with ADHD symptoms, anxiety, stress, focus, boredom, concentration, depression, mental health disorders, etc. They are lots of fun and so satisfying to pick at/play with.
Picky pads can still be useful after all beads are picked out, they become a decent silicone squishy object that still satisfies the need for a fidget.
